These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of catalogops.info and the catalog operations services provided by CatalogOps.ai ("CatalogOps", "we", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
CatalogOps provides AI-assisted, human-reviewed product content operations for ecommerce brands — including imagery generation, product copy, structured attributes, and marketplace-ready files for Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Noon and custom platforms. Specific deliverables, capacity and pricing are agreed per engagement.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for businesses. By engaging us you confirm you are authorised to bind the brand or company you represent.
3. Customer assets & ownership
- You retain all rights to product assets you provide (supplier photos, spec sheets, brand guidelines).
- On full payment for a batch, ownership of the produced marketplace-ready deliverables transfers to you.
- We may retain anonymised, aggregated metrics for quality improvement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our service to:
- Submit content you do not have the right to use.
- Produce listings that infringe third-party trademarks or IP.
- Violate marketplace policies or applicable laws.
5. Fees & billing
Plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) are billed monthly or per engagement. Fees are non-refundable once a batch has been started. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of invoice.
6. Service level
Standard turnaround is 48 hours per batch on the Growth plan and contractually defined on Enterprise. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service; we will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet stated SLAs.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it solely to perform under these Terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatalogOps's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice, or immediately for material breach not cured within 14 days of notice.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India, unless a written engagement letter specifies otherwise.
